Our Microneedling or often called Vampire facial procedure involving the creation of microdamages in the skin using a device equipped with several needles of different lengths. The treatment is an alternative to a roller or fractional laser, but thanks to its capabilities, it offers more varieties and the entire process is feeling more comfortable.

What is microneedling and how does it work?
You’ve probably heard about the vampire facial. It’s a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure. It uses a handheld, drum- or pen-shaped device with tiny and shallow, sterilized needles to prick the skin. It makes tiny, precise, and microscopic holes in the top layer of the skin. The purpose of this treatment is not to severely damage the skin or cause pain, but to generate new collagen and skin tissue. It’s also one of the most recommended treatments to smooth and rejuvenate the skin.
What areas can be treated?
Microneedling is mostly used on the face, however, this procedure can be performed on any area of the body. Vampire facial can be done anywhere you want a collagen boost, such as the chest, legs or buttocks. These also include areas where there are stretch marks or any places where you notice ageing skin.
What are the benefits?
The Vampire facial is considered effective in treating scarring related to acne and skin damage, as well as stretch marks and mature skin. It can include reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, large pores, and hyperpigmentation. Microneedling can also help smooth the uneven skin tone and improve skin elasticity. The session lasts about 30 minutes. Lastly, microneedling effects are comparable to e.g. laser treatments or chemical peels, but there are fewer side effects and it requires little to no downtime.
When will I see the results?
The skin should look more radiant and vibrant immediately after microneedling. However, you can also notice short-term skin irritation and redness or even skin flaking within the first few days after, but it is a natural response to the small wounds made by the needles in the skin. Additionally, it takes some time for the body to produce collagen and elastin. In order to fully heal the wounds and look its best it takes the skin about 4-6 weeks. We usually recommend at least four to five monthly or biweekly vampire facials to get the best results and experience the full benefits of the treatment.
